You will need to register as a vendor and pay a table fee to secure your space at the show.
Table Setup:
Adhere to designated table space and layout guidelines provided by the show organizers. Vendors must maintain a neat and organized display area.
Badges:
All vendors are required to wear badges at all times. Only vendors with badges are allowed to be behind a table.
Pricing and Transactions:
Be prepared to negotiate prices and have a secure method for processing payments.
Authenticity and Condition:
Ensure all cards being sold are authentic and accurately graded according to condition. Selling counterfeit or altered cards, stolen items, or other prohibited items is not allowed.
Code of Conduct:
Maintain respectful behavior towards other vendors and customers. Keep area clean and avoid damaging the floors, walls, tables, or chairs.
Security:
Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their goods. The Alamo Card Show is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property unless negligence can be proven.
